Following numerous collaborations with artist Zimoun, in 2014 Project Tonus was developed as a monumental work of sound and visual texture using massive fans to animate a full open space at the Museo d’Arte di Lugano in Switzerland. The following video gives a glimpse of the studio process by which was created a high fidelity control system capable of precise animations of over 100 consumer electric fans.
